Elevate member satisfaction as a Benefits Services Consultant with Alberta Municipalities. This role focuses on customer service excellence and thoughtful program administration.
In this pivotal role, you will report to the Manager of Benefits Operations and serve as a liaison between Alberta Municipalities and the participants. You will manage benefits enrollments and respond to queries, ensuring a high standard of service is consistently met. Your efforts will contribute to reinforcing member confidence in the benefits programs offered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote Alberta Municipalities’ vision through top-tier customer service
• Ensure accuracy in program inquiries and statuses
• Coordinate and implement changes in employee benefits programs
• Maintain effective relationships with all service providers
• Deliver informative sessions to plan administrators and employees
