In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the National Director of Sales and work with the Director of Sales and Retail Development Managers. Your primary focus will be on the Alliance model and loyalty program execution. With 5-8 years of relevant experience, you will foster partnerships and support ongoing program reviews for maximum effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact for Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations
• Collaborate with the Director of Alliance on program reviews
• Coach Retail Development Managers on executing the Alliance Program
• Facilitate training through webinars and meetings
• Develop presentations for OEM meetings and updates
