About the role

As an Amazon Specialist at Mind Games, you will be at the center of our online sales operations. You will manage our Amazon presence, optimize product listings, run advertising campaigns, and analyze performance data to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content) on Amazon.
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance with Amazon policies.
• Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns; optimize bids, keywords, and ad structure to improve ROI.
• Coordinate with the operations team to manage FBA shipments, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
• Analyze sales data, traffic reports, and advertising performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Handle case management with Amazon Seller Support and resolve listing issues, suspensions, or policy violations.
