**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Foreign Trade Manager and Team to ensure Compliance to Mexican
Import/Export Regulations as well as acting as guardian of Internal Operational Procedures.
- Conduct periodical audits to the operations to identify process deviation and improvements.
- Monthly audits of the 5% of the operation to identify possible risk of compliance with
customs legislations.
- Ensure the report operations are complete and correct against authority databases.
- Ensure that the record keeping for customs purposes is complete and available.
- Conduct Customs Agents evaluations to rate their performance and ensure they meet
expected Compliance Levels
- Prepare the monthly documentation required to comply with the annex 24.
