**About the Team**:You will be a part of the Network Operations Excellence (NOE) team which is a component of the Global Support and Integrity Operations (GSIO) organization.The primary role of this organization is to provide the best support for Dashers, Consumers and Merchants to maximize Customer retention while minimizing cost.We achieve this by creating feedback mechanisms and insights to influence process design and resource allocation to improve the experience.Our ultimate objective is to enhance the experience of all customers engaging with DoorDash, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
