Main responsibilities
Capture information and generate invoices in SAP, verification of shipping lists, audit information, report discrepancies when applicable.
Capture orders in SAP for sterilization payment.
Logistics monitoring for final shipment.
Preparation of customs declarations, updating information and generating reports, audit of compliance with regulations, review of health permit balances, eighth rules, control of stamps and consecutive customs declarations.
Will be responsible for keeping the different databases updated and in accordance with applicable foreign trade regulations.
Carry out activities related to the control of InTrade inventories, registration and updating of information in parts catalog, classification of components, finished products, equipment and spare parts.
Sending necessary information for the STC and other related tools.
