Responsibilities

• Manage global equity compensation programs using Morgan Stanley at Work (Shareworks).
• Administer employee accounts and long‑term incentive (LTI) grants.
• Coordinate employee share plan enrollments, purchases, sales, and dividend distributions.
• Serve as a point of contact for equity‑related inquiries.
• Administer group benefits, retirement plans, global mobility programs, wellness initiatives, perquisites, and equity plans.
• Process new hire enrollments, terminations, and system updates.
• Track and report taxable benefits.
• Respond to employee inquiries with accuracy and urgency.
• Process global invoices and reconcile intercompany charges in partnership with HR, Finance, and Accounting.
• Support budgeting and accounts payable processes related to rewards programs.
