Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for the Finance CX team, ensuring planning, coordination and communication of monthly close activities, financial planning processes, including forecast, budget, strategic plan, S&OP, and R&O/PAP.
• Provide daily functional support, share knowledge and contribute to consistent practices, acting as an informal leader without hierarchical authority.
• Track progress of process‑optimization initiatives and offer active support to team members.
• Produce financial reports and ensure rigorous tracking of capital allocation.
• Maintain continuous alignment with procurement, HR and FP&A teams.
