Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact for the Finance CX team, ensuring planning, coordination and communication of monthly close activities, financial planning processes, including forecast, budget, strategic plan, S&OP, and R&O/PAP.
- Provide daily functional support, share knowledge and contribute to consistent practices, acting as an informal leader without hierarchical authority.
- Track progress of process‑optimization initiatives and offer active support to team members.
- Produce financial reports and ensure rigorous tracking of capital allocation.
- Maintain continuous alignment with procurement, HR and FP&A teams.
