Role Summary We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Analytics Lead to build and scale our data intelligence capabilities across loyalty and traceability programs. This role will transform multi-dimensional data (user, coupon, scans, product, geo, time) into actionable insights that drive: User engagement Campaign effectiveness Fraud detection Product movement intelligence The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with business understanding, and can independently identify opportunitiesnot just build reports. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Analytics & Insights Analyze program-level and company-wide data to uncover: o User behavior patterns o Engagement and churn drivers o Product movement trends Move beyond dashboards to generate actionable recommendations 2.
