Responsibilities

Build, ship, and maintain Android features in the SB + HRM domains to help managers staff shifts, understand their teams, and operate faster. Develop clean, scalable, testable Kotlin code that raises the bar for mobile engineering quality. Partner with backend engineers, product, and design to deliver AI‑powered scheduling, role management, and team insights experiences. Improve performance, reliability, and overall app resilience for active users. Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, reduce defect rates, improve test coverage, and streamline workflow automation.
