Key Responsibilities:Application Production Support & Incident Management
Provide hands-on Level 2/3 production support for CBDDT applications.Drive incident resolution, troubleshooting, and problem management in a high-paced environment.Work closely with Change The Bank (CTB) teams to ensure a smooth transition of new features into production.Lead disaster recovery planning and execution, keeping internal risk systems up to date.Implement and maintain VPN setups, security systems, and certificate management for secure access.Monitor security system controls to align them with compliance standards.Ensure smooth APC start of week.Technical Leadership & Team Collaboration
