About This Opportunity
Purpose - Participate in business enhancements on the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.
- Manage team releases, coordinate with internal customers on platform operations.
- Provide second-level support for Global internal teams related to the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes.
- Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative. Understand the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for the Merchant Accounting System.
Other Duties - Establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers to ensure work products are delivered promptly.
- Drive initiatives, collaborate with other teams and resources.
