About the Role

We are seeking an Application Specialist professional to ensure the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of business‑critical applications in an industrial and mining environment.

This role acts as a key bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors, supporting mission‑critical platforms while contributing to improvement and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and operational continuity of assigned applications.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, including incident, problem, and change management.
