Responsibilities
Maintain a daily outgoing call volume meeting minimum quotas.
Manage a list of leads and their journey in CRM, including logging all calls and keeping accounts up to date with lead statuses and additional information.
Complete preliminary screening calls with potential clients over the phone.
Handle consultation payments and ensure payment processing is accurate.
Schedule consultations with potential clients.
Connect with potential clients to build relationships and provide information about the firm's services.
Assist in finalizing the conversation from Lead to Client.
