Description

:Contemporary policy issues relating to information and communication systems and institutions worldwide. The course examines how the interests of various actors and their differing abilities to advance these interests influence the intended and unintended outcomes of information and communications policy, and provides an opportunity to use the tools and techniques of policy analysis.
