:HERE's Revenue Accounting team is looking for a Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant The team consists of currently 10 employees in total, located in Chicago, Leon, and Eindhoven.Revenue Accounting is responsible for managing and administrating the revenue for North America.Collaboration, communication and knowledge sharing are crucial for the success of the team.Main responsibilities of the Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant are: (note: These responsibilities will be split along the 3 members of North America AR team)- Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger- Reconcile the accounts receivable sub-ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted, including associated taxes- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' AR issues- Facilitate payment of invoices ...
