An opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Projects Manager to join a busy capital projects team, leading the architectural design and delivery of a varied portfolio of capital schemes. This role will suit a design-led professional who enjoys operating as the client lead, managing multidisciplinary consultants and ensuring high-quality,pliant design oues.You will take projects from early feasibility through to delivery, working across all RIBA stages, with a strong focus on design quality, statutorypliance, sustainability and value for money.

Your new role

Lead the architectural design and project management of allocated capital projects from inception through topletion

Act as client lead for early RIBA stages (0–4), including feasibility, options appraisals, design development and planning

Manage and coordinate external design consultants to deliver integrated,pliant design solutions
