About This Opportunity
+ To achieve / exceed the agreed annual sales targets for the state/s. Manage, assist and support team to achieve budgeted sales for each product line
+ Constantly review business performance and other metrics
+ Ensure timely reporting of MIS (Demand Planning, Forecast, LMS, Travel Plan etc.)
+ Establishing effective sales forecasting system for each product line in place.
+ Ensure customer coverage of team members as per KPIs
+ Ensure objective performance evaluation and management of team; establish a culture of constructive feedback and continuous improvement thereby developing and leading a group of energized and aggressive sales professionals
+ Implement marketing campaigns as per business strategic priorities for each product line
+ Travelling extensively and building strong relationships with all Hospitals, Key accounts and Distributors in the territory
