We're seeking an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour & Legal Officer to join our social housing client on an ongoing, temporary basis, covering Neighbourhoods across Liverpool.
This is a hybrid role,bining a mix of office, estate-based and home working across Liverpool and Merseyside.A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and valid business insurance is essential alongside a basic DBS check.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for the investigation and resolution of nuisance, tenancy breaches and ASB cases within a dedicated regional area whilst maintaining high standards of customer-focused case work.

Investigate reports of hate crimes and issues impactingmunity unity, managing and effective resolution ofplex cases, working with Tenancy Support Officer and Tenancy Management Officers, including providing support for preparation and attendance at Court.
