Job Description
The Store Operations Department is currently looking for an Asset Management Coordinator to monitor our NAPA Corporate Stores. The territory will include South Eastern Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate each NAPA Corporate Store under your responsibility at least four times annually.
- Oversee store operations, including proper returns handling and cash controls, supporting procedure implementation.
- Provide guidance on inventory standards and maintenance; assist with physical inventories as needed, performing sample counts before and after.
- Assess store compliance with Asset Management Programs, retraining employees and coaching new Store Managers.
- Address Health & Safety concerns and investigate suspected fraud or theft.
- Collaborate with Regional Management to ensure procedural compliance and resolve inventory discrepancies.
