**Asset Owner Index Client Success Manager**

The Asset Owner Index Client Success Manager (CSM) team’s primary responsibility is to ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and offering expert guidance on index methodology and related research. They focus on operational and business users of passively managed mandated clients, addressing the needs of various client personas such as the Strategy Team, Head of Equities, and CIO office personnel.
