Summary
Assist the Boutique Management team at the Flagship Boutique in Yorkville with day-to-day operations, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Lead by example on the floor, coach and develop selling staff, and ensure adherence to operational and visual standards. Support client development initiatives and contribute to boutique performance through CRM use, client outreach and KPI tracking.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the team in delivering high levels of customer service and after-sales care, including CRM data entry and client follow-up.
