Purpose of the Position

Reporting to the Director – Library and Community Events, the incumbent plans, organizes, directs and oversees operations by delivering diverse, high-quality services focused on the needs of the population in terms of public services, public spaces, and library programming, as well as the municipality’s cultural offering that fosters a sense of community and social development.

In this context, the incumbent assists the Director in developing strategic orientations and in managing the department’s human, financial, material, and informational resources, in addition to being responsible for the Community Events division.
