Assistant Director of Care (RPN) Temporary Full Time — AgeCare Gibson Long Term Care Residence. Location: Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. AgeCare is seeking candidates who are committed to providing resident-centered care.

About the Role

The Assistant Director of Care works collaboratively with the senior management team to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate resident care activities within approved policies and procedures. This includes onboarding and annual staff education, staff health and safety, and infection prevention and control programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents’ care is evaluated continuously.
• Work closely with the Registered Staff team and the RAI-MDS Coordinator to ensure appropriate documentation is in place as per policy and to ensure regulatory compliance.
