Role Description

We’re looking for a proactive, design-forward, and detail-oriented Assistant, Executive & Creative Operations. You’ll play a dual role:

1. Supporting the CEO Karam Gill with scheduling, communication, research, and day‑to‑day operational needs.
2. Supporting creative and development operations by coordinating decks, shaping visual materials, tracking projects, managing internal systems, and helping maintain the workflows and structure that power MGX.
