The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.
What will you be doing?
- Onboarding and ongoing development of a team of employees responsible for assisting new and current members toward achieving their health and fitness goals
- Educating your team on sales, relationship building to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company
- Support the General Manager in day‑to‑day oversight and management of the Club

- Previous sales experience is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual and team goals
- Proven success in leading, training and motivating diverse teams
