ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:




+ Assist in the m aint enance of systems and procedures for the ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving of food related products, as well as menu planning and development using Whitsons approved systems and policies



+ Manages program within all budgetary guidelines established by Chef M anager , D istrict M anager and Whitsons .



+ Assist in the Motivat ion , train ing , and manag ing subordinate Team Members .
