Role Introduction
Reports to: Group Quality Assurance Manager - Ground
Responsible for supporting, administering, implementing and maintaining an effective quality assurance program across the ground operations departments of Cathay Pacific Airways and with relevant suppliers of operational service.
Support the Ground Quality Team to ensure the audit programs are maintained and monitored for effective delivery.

Operational Quality System and Quality AssuranceSupport the delivery of an effective, efficient, risk-based quality assurance programme for Cathay Pacific that result in a reduction of operational risk and ongoing compliance with legal requirements and conformance to IOSA requirements.Consolidate and produce master internal/supplier audit plans for GSORM Quality.
