About the Role

Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes

Roles and responsibilities

Support Team Manager to supervise a team to handle the license and registration affairs of insurance intermediaries, to conduct due diligence and maintain effective controls on proper selection of insurance intermediaries in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Assist in reviewing policies & procedures of insurance intermediary administration; support for regular review of Agent/Broker agreements, forms and correspondences

Initiate CPD Training plan and monitor CPD Compliance reporting of insurance agents; coordinate compliance training/reminders to insurance intermediaries where necessary
