Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of imaging informatics systems, including RIS, PACS, and EMR.
• Support the development and utilization of AI solutions in medical imaging for improved efficiency and diagnostic accuracy.
• Serve as the first point of contact for imaging‑related system issues, providing on‑call support to address and resolve urgent problems.
• Collaborate with radiologists, clinicians, and IT teams to ensure efficient data flow and image accessibility.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end‑users to maximize system utilization.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Document and, when necessary, elevate unresolved issues to second‑level support or vendors.
