This contract position (20-22 hours/week) strengthens the church’s mission through developing Bible studies and supporting youth. You will engage with various age groups, cultivating rich intergenerational relationships and collaborating with church leadership. A strong faith and ability to communicate effectively are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead weekly Bible studies to engage congregation
• Implement seasonal Bible studies for Advent and Lent
• Strengthen youth and children’s ministries
• Organize six junior youth group events annually
• Assist in worship leadership and preparation
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in Christian discipleship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
