In this position, you will
1. Product Launch & Marketing Planning (Core Responsibility)
o Manage the end-to-end go-to-market process for new products, from development to commercial release, coordinating cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality launches, and align with business objectives and market readiness.
o Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans, including positioning, messaging, target audience segmentation, and channel strategy.
o Plan and execute product launch campaigns, including online/offline marketing activities, promotional materials design, media partnerships, and trade show participation to enhance market visibility and brand influence.
o Collaborate with sales, and product development teams to design promotional campaigns, sales collateral, and internal training materials.
