About This Opportunity

Embark on a fulfilling academic journey as an Assistant Professor in Law. Contribute to innovative teaching and research while advancing social justice around diverse legal perspectives in a supportive environment.
The Faculty of Law is seeking two full-time research-stream Assistant Professors, starting July 2026. Successful candidates will teach courses in Contracts, Property, or Torts and mentor students from diverse backgrounds, including Indigenous and Black communities. Ideal applicants will demonstrate excellence in research and commitment to equitable legal education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Contracts, Property, or Torts courses
• Supervise graduate students in interdisciplinary programs
• Provide mentorship to diverse student populations
• Engage in impactful legal research initiatives
• Contribute to faculty governance and community outreach
Requirements:
