Position Overview

Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver is currently looking to fill the position of Assistant Service Manager. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role supports the day-to-day operations of the Service Department and contributes to delivering a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

The Assistant Service Manager plays an important role in supporting Service Advisors, assisting with operational oversight, ensuring service processes are followed, and helping to resolve customer concerns. This position works closely with customers, technicians, and dealership leadership to support efficient service operations and a positive service experience.

This is a Commission Based position.
