Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager with all aspects of donor door operations, donation production, team training, and day‑to‑day store operations, contributing to the efficient and cost‑effective management of the Goodwill Retail Store.
To ensure the efficient and cost effective operation and stewardship of Goodwill Retail Store, maximize profitability, and increase training opportunities.
Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is primarily responsible for all aspects of the donor door, donation production, and the training of team members, as well as supporting the day‑to‑day store operations.
