About The Position
We are looking for an organization‑savvy, detail‑oriented Administrative Support professional who excels in customer service and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You will provide high‑quality support to an advisor, managing meetings, communications, and administrative tasks to ensure the advisor’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the Advisor’s Outlook email and calendar, booking client meetings and prioritizing tasks.
- Identify and implement processes to improve workflow, organization, and communication.
- Answer phone calls and reply to emails on behalf of the Advisor, forwarding urgent messages promptly.
- Prepare expense reports and review submitted reports as needed.
