* Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization University Degree or equivalent Less than 3 years prior relevant experience* Strong knowledge of HR operations and processes, including experience with Workday.* Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).* Experience handling HR transactions.* Ability to support U.S.-based HR transactions.* Experience generating and analyzing Workday reports.* Knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) processes.* Advanced Excel skills.
