About the Role
You will join the Customer Service transformation team and contribute to the creation of a new Project Management Office within an established organization.
Full‑time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, performed exclusively on‑site.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Project Management Office within the Customer Service Business Transformation Office.
- Set up and run the project and portfolio governance needed to manage large, global initiatives.
- Lead and oversee multiple transformation initiatives across people, processes, technology and data.
- Own the transformation roadmap, including prioritization, sequencing and capacity planning.
- Review project readiness and act as approval authority at key decision points.
- Partner closely with the finance organization to develop business cases, track financial performance, and measure value realization.
