**Purpose**

+ To maximise the impact of any celebration, event or recognition event within Technology to ensure that Scotia becomes “ **_the creators, guardians, and engineers of value and exceptional experiences for our clients”_** and is seen as a vibrant, fun, and exciting place to work.
+ Act as an internal content creator for the various CIO’s working closely with the Manager, Engineering Culture Communication and Coordination to ensure that these is a constant stream of engaging content which drives engagement and esprit de corps. Ensure this this content is placed on the correct platform at the correct time. Where needed liaise with internal Comms Team to ensure that all policies and processes are being followed.
