Job Description

Associate, Enterprise Change Enablement (12 Month Contract) to partner with leaders and key stakeholders to build change capability, drive adoption, and ensure new processes, technologies, and ways of working are successfully embedded to achieve lasting business outcomes.

What To Expect

• Develop the change management roadmap for HR for 2026/2027, including technology changes to be implemented in Oracle.
  • Prepare presentations for program meetings.
  • Deliver employee readiness, engagement activities and go‑live events.
  • Serve as point of contact for handling common program inquiries.
  • Organize team artifacts to improve stakeholder experience.
  • Design and execute feedback surveys to assess program effectiveness.
