You’ll sit at the centre of daily operations, connecting teams, resolving issues, and helping us continuously improve how we use the platform. What You’ll Own

• Manage and monitor all Appian queues to ensure work is flowing accurately and efficiently throughout the day
• Lead email categorisation quality—identify gaps, fix misrouting issues, and improve workflows to reduce friction
