Overview

CHAI Cameroon is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate to support the Ministry of Health (MOH) in strengthening its health financing systems during a critical transition period. This role will provide essential analytical and coordination support to help Cameroon optimize its available resources, mobilize domestic and external resources, and ensure sustainable, equitable progress towards Universal Health Coverage (UHC).

The Associate will support the execution of TSU workplans over the first 12 months, focusing on immediate priority activities including donor investment mapping, financing gap analysis, Global Fund Grant Cycle 8 (GC8) preparation, community health worker systems strengthening, supply chain optimization, and domestic resource mobilization.
