Associate Hematologist

Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) is a 300+ bed acute care facility located in Brantford, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient hematology care, including bone marrow aspirates and biopsies.
• Support consultations from hospital wards and the emergency department as required.
• Participate in internal medicine call in accordance with the department schedule (~1 in 12 days).
• Set up and maintain a private practice in Brantford/Brant County in addition to hospital duties.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, managers and the community, and engage in medical education. <...
