POSITION OVERVIEW:
The City of Maple Ridge is seeking a skilled and collaborative Associate Manager, Facilities to lead the day-to-day delivery of assigned facilities capital and lifecycle renewal projects. This role is ideal for a technically strong project leader with experience managing municipal or institutional construction projects from planning through completion. Reporting to the Facilities Operations Manager, the Associate Manager, Facilities this role provides technical leadership in project planning, design development, procurement, contract administration, construction oversight, and financial control. The successful candidate will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within approved scope, schedule, and budget, while supporting long‑range facilities planning, asset renewal, and greenhouse gas reduction initiatives.
