They can provide technical support when needed, but otherwise trust employees to independently manage their workload.

As an Associate Public Health Engineer you will be responsible for leading the plumbing design solutions on complex projects from initial concept through to final delivery, represent the business in front of clients and architects, and provide mentorship and guidance to more junior team members.
