About This Opportunity
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Build a deep understanding of the Talent Acquisition function, digesting all the content of every meeting (staffs, Business Unit Reviews, Townhalls, etc.) and using that information proactively.
- Lead and own screening, assessment, interview, and offer process activities for the regional/functional segment.
- Own all the requisition steps in Taleo, know key dates and act accordingly, from assignment date to pre‑offer stage and steps to solve any challenges related to the post‑offer process.
- Ensure that the selection process is conducted according to the profile discussed in Strategic Hiring Discussions and with the latest alignments.
- Lead calibrations in a successful manner, feel comfortable asking HLs to stick to competency‑based questions and guide the conversation in an assertive way.
