Provide Back-Office support for Title Company and provide Title Search and Commitment report to the clientAbility to perform Title Search on Title plants such as Data Trace, Redvision, Tapestry and NetronlineAbility to read search documents and paraphrase/align title and other title commitment related mattersWork with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments as neededReview residential / commercial title search materials and create title reports and commitments based on Title Search informationManage and maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelinesMaintain strong team alliance / ability to work with co-workers to meet and achieve team and department goalsShould be capable of producing error free work consistentlyAbility to discern matters that require escalation to a supervisorTimely completion of all work assignments and projects...
