Senior Quality Associate, Private Label

Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, Private Label, the Senior Quality Associate supports private label operations, playing a key role in batch documentation review, change control, confirmatory testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Specific Responsibilities

• Record received batch documentation in the Quality Management System (QMS) and perform initial review.
• Receive and review batch documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality requirements, including:
  • Certificates of Analysis
  • Certificates of Compliance (manufacturing and packaging)
  • Deviations and investigations
• Participate in change control for batch releases, initiating DCRs and related tasks.
