**As a**Assistant Marketing Manager** you would be responsible for**:- Assists management in achieving/exceeding departmental monthly budgets through team production- Assists with implementing department initiatives to increase productivity while maintaining a positive demeanor and work environment at all times towards Owners, Guests and Team Members- Responsible for implementing tactical marketing plans to exceed plan; tour flow; cost/sales efficiency and net volume targets for In House marketing- Assist in recruiting, hire and train personnel for in house marketing program and other site marketing programs/initiatives.
- Ensures team members are using company-approved pitches at all times when speaking to Owners and Guest
