Process Leader (PLD)

Job Objective
Analyzing production failures and introducing and/or tracking remedial actions. Supporting production to ascertain the cause of the fault, including claims processing. Analyzing customer returns, documenting the results (analysis stage 1).
Responsibilities

- Analyzing and testing of returns and failed/reject parts; documenting the results and informing the departments involved
- Monitoring the quality of material, products, and operating equipment by means of checks; determining causes of faults where necessary and initiating corrective actions
- Accepting internal complaints, as well as initiating and correcting fault causes by conducting discussions
